New “how-to” video for website commenting
Our webmaster prepared a short video about posting or editing comments and signing up for notifications to follow particular discussion topics on our website. Those registered for this website can login and then click here to view the video. Please use the contact link at the bottom of our site to send us any questions you may have about commenting or subscribing to discussions.

Schmidt & Wuerfel book reprints
Reprints of the 300+ page family history booklet, Schmidts & Wüerfels “The Traveling Companions” by Patricia Smith Bakale, will be made this fall. 

The estimated cost for the booklet is $20-$25 (+ shipping if you happen to live outside of the Cambria County, Pennsylvania region). If you are interested in ordering a copy, please contact us by Labor Day (Monday, September 1st).
